No such item is available. Get one that fits your body at least, and has capacity appropriate for needs.

For long-distance hike on established trail, it's possible that an external-frame pack is desirable, but they are relatively impractical for transport in automobiles, buses, trains and planes, and make an extremely poor choice for bushwacking, skiing and climbing.

In the Appalachians, a serious summer thunderstorm will drench your stuff without a (cheap) raincover unless maybe the pack is brand new and pristine. Arc'teryx makes a supposedly waterproof pack, which is available at a truly obscene price.
