I have a Hobitat and love it for fair weather camping
the headroom is outstanding
the main disadvantage to this tent is that it's basically a big square box which puts it at a disadvantage in high winds
if I am certain that the weather is going to be good I'll use this tent otherwise I take one of my other ones
the other possible problem with the Hobitat is that it doesnt have a full coverage fly,in a rain storm with high winds you could potentially get water blowing in under the fly
for camping in a campground during spring/summer with good weather this is a great family tent
