I am looking for a jacket that is warm, wind proof and water repellent. I live in WA and we have rain almost all year :(. I used to have the Columbia Titanium soft shell which I really liked but they have discontinued it. I use this jacket to run (I know it may sound strange but I am always cold and I usually walk a mile before I start running, hence the need for something warm and that I can breathe in when I run the remaining mile)

I love Columbia jackets and the closest I have come to a replacement is their Suppa Buttah soft shell.

Are there any recommendations for a soft shell that is warm?

Look at the First Acsent by Eddie Bower. Good stuff there, There are several pieces in that line that would fit the bill for you! I am not an Eddie Bauer sales person. Just like this line and its performance.
