Questions about Granite Gear Packs

I am considering buying a Granite Gear Stratus Access or Stratus Passage. I cannot find a dealer in my area, therefore, I will have to buy it online. I would appreciate any comments about these two packs. I will be using the pack for weekend trips and occasionally a multi-day trip. I have read have read the reviews on this site and they are positive, however, there are only two reviews. I have noticed that these packs are rather heavy and I am wondering if that could be a minus. Thanks for the help. Have a good day.
