Need help one last time. I can rent a REI Mountain 3 Tent or buy a Eureka AlpenLite XT, which is a better tent for wind and rain or our the both good?

I'd go with the Eureka Alpinelite. It's a bit heavy but has great ventilation options, very durable and affordable for a quality 4 season tent.
