Hi

Anyone seen any bags for carrying sleeping mats?

The full length closed-cell-foam classic Karrimat type.

I’ve previously used old tent bags, trash bags etc.

I’ve had a go at making one but it didn’t go well. Too snug for the mat.

Any links ?

Thanks for your help !

Tartanferret,

I haven't seen any bags for them. When I carry a closed cell mat, I use some cheap 3/4" straps to keep it rolled and attached to my pack.

Like Gonzan I also use a strap to keep my Ensolite pad rolled. Have never seen or found a bag long enough other than as you said a tent bag..

I have been using my Ensolite pad since 1978. Never gets punctured to where its flatter than normal! Never had much luck with the Thermarest pads and desert hiking!
