Pants for the slightly larger hiker

Hello all,

I am a somewhat awkwardly built man. I am tall, have giant thighs, big butt, but a normal waist line. I used to hike with some 5.11 pants and they were a glorious miracle sent from the heavens. They fit perfectly and gave me no problems, but, alas, they perished and 5.11 no longer makes that particular breed of pants which leads me to my question. Are there any pants out there for a big legged, big butted, regular waist type giant like myself? I have gone to several sports stores and tried some of the common brands (Columbia and the like) but none fit quite as well and lead to either being high waters, too tight a fit down low, or too loose up high. Any thoughts?

You can also check out "Bill's Khakis" M1s for the larger legged folks. Personally, I have never tried them but I have heard great things about them in general.
