Jackets for people w/ really long arms???

I am having a problem finding a manufacturer that makes clothes for tall people. I have 37 inch arms but only 34 waist and it seems that in order for me to get a jacket thats arms are long enough I need a XL. An XL looks more like I am wearing my tent than my jacket so i am looking for a slimmer fitting jacket - Are there any companies that make talls or that just run long in the arms without the bulky waist?

Andrew - North Face used to be pretty long of arm in their parkas but it's been a while since I bought one - L.L. Beans is pretty good on arm length (if you order a "tall") -of course if you or a friend are handy with a sewing machine AND if Frostline still exists (not sure) you could make one of their kits - you end up with custom fit high end merchandise for a fairly reasonable price.
