choosing a new tent

I was hoping for some advice on choosing a new tent. Im looking for a tent with the following criteria.

1. VERY sturdy in high winds
2. Reliable in rainstorms
3. Under 7lbs
4. 2 person
5. $300 or under.

I've been considering a Sierra Designs Orion 2 AST and the Sierra Designs Tengu 2. Does anyone have any experience with either of those? Or any other Suggestions?
Im currently using a Big Agnes Sunnyside 2 but im looking for something alittle more oriented for foul weather

Re: choosing a new tent

im sorry but i dont have any experience with those tents. but i've been searching for a tent with similar criteria and i've discovered the Black Diamond Mesa. Ive heard good things about its ability to hold up in nasty weather and it apparently has plenty of room. also i found the MSR Hubba Hubba. look into that one. Its really light, has less room than the Mesa, but might be a little weak for hard storms.
well good luck.
