Academy broadway 4 room dome tent 10 person

Hi, Just bought a Academy Broadway 4 room dome tent 10 person.. Am looking for good or bad reviews. are they wasy to set up? Will they survive a tropical downpour. I live in Mexico and plan on using it during the wet humid summer months. The tent was a DEAL as far as price.
