B.D Vs Osprey Daypacks.

I just received the depressing, but not surprising, news that my much loved/much repaired daypack will need to be retired.

The possible replacements that have grabbed me so far are the Osprey Kode 30, Black Diamond Outlaw w/avalung and the Dakine Heli Pro. I am looking for something in the 30lt/1900cu in. range with separate avy gear pocket, board/ski carry, hydration compatible, 820D/420D nylon, good/comfortable harness support.

I am leaning towards the Osprey Kode with separate avalung but am interested to see if anyone has any other suggestions.

Have you considered Mystery Ranch (the evolution of Dana Gleason and Dana Designs)?
