Jut wanted to post some pix of a kayak trip that is my favorite to do. It is below Hoover Dam. You have to get a permit to put in here and only fifteen people go a day on Sundays. No motorized boats allowed between willow beach and the dam on Sunday or Monday
There is a great outfitter here that brings us down the super secret road and we put in right here. Then the fun begins!
The new bypass bridge that removes going over Hoover to get to Arizona.
There are several stops along the way that you can make to go to hot springs.
The water is so nice....very cool and refreshing on a hot day!

I really do love this paddle. It is an excellent way to spend a Sunday and I will do it over and over again. You can paddle here with no permit coming up river from Willow Beach in Arizona. And you can do it any day of the week from there, but there are motor boats and tour boats every day but Sunday and Monday. If you are around this area, give it a try!
