It says RN 61661 CA 30516 Made in china Says HELI on back, has snowboard/flares/whatever black buckle assy on back, hydration bladder complete, velcro apparatus holder on chest, radio pocket, etc. Aztec blue, I believe. Size XL.

Well if we want to get technical about it, this vest was the first issue of the high camp, but is what collectors refer to as the series 2 since they refuse to listen or learn how to read season codes
