Backpacking Mt Rogers this weekend

Can anybody suggest a good route? It looks like there are several options for a loop hike, so many options I'm having trouble deciding! We're getting a pretty early start Saturday morning (driving up Friday night) and we only have about a 3 hour drive home Sunday. I think we'd like to do about 20 miles over Saturday and Sunday, probably more if the terrain is pretty easy.
