Looking for a four day hike in NC

I'm looking for a four day hike somewhere in the mountains of NC... If it were a loop that would be perfect but if not we can figure it out... We are relative beginners with a little back pack experience but we hope to find something that would take us at least 3-4 days 

I always recommend Mt Rogers which is right on the border of western NC.  If you like swimholes and creeks you could backpack the Mountains to Sea trail north of Morganton, NC from Hiway 181 northeast on the Greentown trail to Upper Creek and figure something out in the Harpers Creek and Lost Cove Creek watersheds.  There's a Wilson Creek map out there to check routes.
