Drought affects on Jacks river? It's water temperature?

In my research on the Jacks, I noticed that a lot has been said about drought conditions. I don't want to waste my trip time. Will the Jacks be fishable Sept 29th to Oct 4th???
Also, any idea what the water temp will be? Should I bring waders?

Hard telling what the water level will be considering any rain or hurrican remnant can drench the area between now & then.
Remember that the Jacks & Conasauga drain large areas so just a little rain upstream makes a noticable difference downstream.
