Cumberland Gap suggestions...

Hello. A few friends and I are planning a backpacking trip (1 night) to Cumberland Gap. I am unfamiliar with the area and was wandering if anybody had any suggestions for a great (moderate/hard) hike and camp site.

Check out http://www.cumberlandtrail.org for some great hikes in the area. I have done all the way from Chattanooga up to Spring City and plan on starting on the northern sections later this month. (Hoping for some snow hikes)
