Where do climbers have the money to climb the 7 summits?

You work somewhere like Jackson Hole during the summer saving as much as you can from Memorial Day to Labor Day. I did this from 1980 to 2008 and could always save enough to live on from Sept 1st to May 30th to hike,bicycle tour and canyoneer.

It's been rumored that most keep it in a shoe box under their sleeping pad!

Of course you either have to already have it, save it up, or raise the money somehow.

For my trips it doesn't cost much, I just save it up.
