I want to start taking my Grandson age 6 out on trails and myself being a newbie of sorts would like some advice on beginning gear, beginning trails ect. that would be good for us to start out on. I am a former boyscout and a avid camper so any comments, advice or information would be appreciated. Grandson lives in Wichita Falls Texas and I live in Branson Missouri. Thanks for the input.
