Planning to come to the Grand Canyon this week, just to let you know we in Flagstaff are getting dumped on by a lot of snow. It has dropped a foor since this morning at daylight. And it is falling fast still now at 1 pm, supposed to get close to 2 feet today. The Grand Canyon is probably getting the same. But I cant say for inside the canyon. Often times while the rims are snowing the inner canyon is either raining or dry down at the bottom.

It needs it, but puts off my intend Boucher/Hermit dayhike from this weekend. A messy Boucher is no fun!

This picture was taken at around 11 pm last night after it snowed all day from 8 am to 11 pm when I took this shot and it was still snowing. Same table as before just another foot or so of snow!

Most of Boucher is on sandstone but there are some places where it would be dangerous with drop-offs and tight steep ways down and up.
