My favorite from Alpine Aire.
Pros

- Not enough chicken
Was great!
For a freeze-dried backpacking meal I was more than satisfied.
I was actually moaning and groaning while eating this yummy food.
It was a little soupy, but then gumbo is a soup.
It fed two of us plenty.
I just wish it had more chicken.
I'm buying a can of Mountain House chicken to supplement meals and this one will stay on the menu, but will be enhanced with more chicken.
I know I said no added seasonings needed, but I like it hot so I poured in the hot sauce.
But I did taste it before and it was great.

Easy food to cook—just add water to pouch and it all cooks evenly. Chicken was tasty, which I did not expect! If you are just trying out this type of food, start here.
