User Review: Asolo Fulcrum

Rating: ![]()
Use: great for short day hikes, any light outdoor activity
Break-in Period: one week
Price Paid: $50
Very lightweight, solid trail shoe. Runs a little small size-wise, but comfortably conforms to the foot after it's been broken in a bit. I'm a big Asolo fan (FSN 95 is an excellent hiker), and these are another example of fine Asolo quality.
One warning--they're labeled as "trail running shoes." They're less running shoes and more ultralight hikers. You can run in them, but if running is your sole endeavor in looking at these, you might look elsewhere. But, if general outdoor kicking around is your outcome, these shoes are great.
