These actually were my primary shoes for a year and…

Rating: rated 5 of 5 stars
Materials: leather
Use: light dayhikes, backpacking with minimal loads
Break-in Period: very short; feel comfy almost out of the box
Price Paid: $32

These actually were my primary shoes for a year and a half of hard use (I wore them almost every day). I had the blue color. They look HOT and they were perfect for daily city life as well as for light trail use and even light backpacking with minimal loads.

They have excellent arch support and very rugged soles. They offer complete ankle freedom as well, and a roomy fit (my wide feet were fine in them).

It kills me that I didn't buy two pairs when I found them so cheap (now the cheapest price is more than twice what I paid). If you see a good deal on them, I can highly recommend them.
