Fabric: polyester and spandex with polyester fleece

What a great jacket! A soft shell with a high loft fleece interior! The fleece is like shearling fur and very warm and soft. Not only that, but the sleeves are lined with an open mesh to make it easier to take on and off while not diminishing the effectiveness of the fleece. The sleeves and the torso are long enough to qualify for a tall, even though it is listed as a large!
The exterior fabric is windproof and beads water, although I have not had the occasion to be in an extended downpour with it.
The only drawback (4.5 and not 5 stars) is that the body is slightly larger than necessary, should be trimmer, but the sleeves are good. There is a nice cinch cord at the waist that helps diminish the fact that the torso is too large.
If this thing were a bit more athletic cut (trimmer) and had a hood, it would be "bullet proof"!
