Here's what other sites are saying:

From Backcountry Outlet:
"Basic and simple, yet strong and stalwart like its name implies, the lightweight, weather-shunning Backcountry.com Men's Shift Element Softshell takes an elemental approach to layering. Polartec's Power Shield softshell fabric's dynamic fit moves with you while you hike, climb, or skin, while simultaneously venting excessive body heat. The Shift Element's athletic fit saves room for a midlayer underneath, and is slim enough to fit under a rainshell when the weather turns soggy. Power Shield's fleece backing wicks moisture away from your skin-keeping you at an optimal temperature whether you wear the Element over a t-shirt in Spring, or a couple layers during a winter tour."

"Jacket is awesome. Runs small by most standards. It is light, breathable, and has an athletic fit that is perfect for trail running in cold weather or good for hanging out in slightly cool temps. Just the running jacket I have been looking for and at an great price."
