I feel kinda silly for reviewing a meal, but these dehydrated offerings are a must for me since I can't cook a pop-tart right. With that said, I approve of Backpacker's Pantry Beef Stroganoff w/ Wild Mushrooms!
I'm not super impressed with the nutritional value of this meal, but with over a pound and a half of food within the pouch (it's meant for two, oops), it'll put you and your hunger pains to rest. Plus, it tasted great. No seriously, I'd eat this at home. Okay, maybe not, but it was very flavorful and that was much appreciated.
If you can prepare and cook your own meals, awesome, I am truly envious of you. If you're helpless in this regard like me and don't care for dying on the trail from starvation, then this is a wonderful alternative.
