Coldpruf Men's Platinum Pants

rated 5 of 5 stars Best bang for the buck in long underwear. Perfectly comfortable, durable, warm, and air dry fast. Bought mine from Campmor. Reordered more when I realized how good they were. Made next door in Mexico. Full review

SmartWool Women's NTS Mid 250 Bottom

rated 5 of 5 stars These are without a doubt the best long johns I have ever owned! I am 5'7", 125lbs and I bought the mediums. They fit like a glove (well literally as they are next to skin). So comfy and non restricting, you barely notice you have them on. I did a lot of research in my quest for super warm long johns and came to the conclusion that wool was going to be the warmest. I am not disappointed. The waistband is wider so they don't roll down as some other brands do. I love being outdoors but don't like… Full review

Avalanche Wear Mogul Pant

rated 5 of 5 stars These pants are incredible. I've worn and washed them 100 times and they still look and feel new. These pants are INCREDIBLE. I have washed and worn them 100 times. Not only have I been wearing them as a base layer under my ski pants but I wear their legging style all winter. Since I live in leggings all year these are perfect for winter because they have a fleece lining and I swear they are wind block (even though I don't think they are). Anyway, I have been reading about other people's pants pilling,… Full review

Avalanche Wear Mogul Pant

rated 1.5 of 5 stars Do not pay full price! These are very warm, and have a great athletic look. But the inner thigh started to pill after just a few hours of moderate activity. I'm 5 feet tall, 118 pounds, usually wear a size 6, and the small fit great after I hemmed them 4 inches. But because of the pulling, they are for only around the house now. Not that anyone is looking at my crotch to see the pilling, but still. Glad I had an extra 35% off at STP, because I would have been livid if I had paid full price. But… Full review

RedRam Merino Legging

rated 4 of 5 stars From what I can tell, these are made from Icebreakers' 150 Merino wool. They're thinner than any of my other wool leggings, but they feel great night after night, and while cycling through the mountains in early autumn. I purchased both a small and medium of these leggings recently, and ended up sticking with the medium (29-inch waist, 35-inch inseam). I've been a huge proponent of Merino wool for years, and have worn my SmartWool women's medium black leggings every day for months at a time over… Full review

SmartWool Women's Midweight Bottom

rated 3.5 of 5 stars SmartWool bottoms keep you toasty but don't itch like most wools. They are durable and machine washable. And they don't retain odor like capeliene material. Love my SmartWool thermals. They keep me toasty warm and are the only wool I can wear that doesn't itch me. They are machine washable and hold up really well. After a few days of wearing they do begin to stretch in certain areas. They do a much better job at not retaining odor (unlike Patagonia's Capilene material - yuck!).  Full review

Terramar Men's SmartSilk Tights

rated 3 of 5 stars Initial Review: These base layer bottoms are a very good skin tight fit, without the feel of compression. Waistline is a little weird, the inner elastic can fold inside the outer. I found the product to have begun pilling before the first wash...? Overall durability is a concern. If they last, I will happily rate this product to at least four stars. Medium is a great fit for slim built 5'10" 155lbs. I recently received this base layer as a giveaway, THANK YOU, Trailspace!!! This is an initial review... … Full review

Terramar Hot Totties Fleece Heavy Footy Performance Leggings

rated 2.5 of 5 stars Wonderfully soft and fuzzy inside with a smooth, silky feel outside. Unfortunately, the tights run VERY short! Wonderfully soft and fuzzy inside with a smooth, silky feel outside.  However, I am severely disappointed - I am 5' 4.5", 130 pounds with a 30 inch inseam.  I purchased these in a size Medium and they run short! I really had to tug to get the crotch up where it should be and it is still about 1/2" shy. Moreover, my toes now feel like they are being pinched due to the tights being pulled… Full review

Terramar Hot Totties Grid Fleece Tights

rated 5 of 5 stars So warm and comfortable. I love these for lounging around or trekking out in the snow. Great as a base layer under pants or with a skirt or dress. I have two of the grid fleece hoodies as well. The warmest, coziest, most snuggley base layer ever! <3 Full review
