This knife is the cheapest Benchmade I have owned…
Price Paid: $45
This knife is the cheapest Benchmade I have owned but it is a pretty decent little knife. It retains an edge fairly well, sharpens easily, and has a sturdy lock. I've bought much crappier knives for more money.
My only real complaint is the pocket clip. It's friggin tiny! I have had problems clipping it to my pocket due to its size. But overall a quality knife for the money.
Here's what other sites are saying:
The Mini-Ambush Knife by Benchmade is a beautiful knife made with a drop point blade that is a fantastic all around blade format. A textured handle allows for little slippage and ambidextrous carry options keeps the knife versatile. Another patented Benchmade exclusive, the Rolling Lock utilizes a sizable, notched lock-pin, which secures against the blade tang when engaged. To disengage, a spring actuated thumb button on the right handle side is drawn back to rotate the lock pin and free the blade. InDraft is a patented exclusive, which is a combination of a slotted liner and a pin in the blade tang working in tandem to generate an inward inertia when closing the blade. This results in one of the safest blade detents available today.
