I could not find this little gem listed in products, but it is a great new item. Made by Bison it is a stretchable piece of rubber that you fit over a plastic water bottle neck and on the other end is a small caribiner clip to hook it to your backpack.

After multiple attempts to find a solution to carrying my water bottles close, but yet not banging into me with each step, I found this at a mountain shop in Estes Park, Colo. What a treasure it has turned out to be, holds the bottles perfect, within easy reach, and no more swinging and banging into me.

Pros

  • Strong

Cons

  • Heavier than the piece of string I used before

Forget those heavy Nalgene bottles and carry sacks that you hang on your pack. Bison makes this neat little stretchable rubber gasket that fits over the neck of those plastic water bottles and has a caribiner clip on the end to hook it to your pack. Works great.
