Having used unisex harnesses in the past, the longer rise is very nice. The waist belt actually sits around my waist instead of around my hips. I like the adjustable leg loops. I can add a few layers in cold weather with no problems. This harness is fairly comfortable for shorter sport routes. Anything longer, and the harness tends to make my back go numb. I'm also not a big fan of the molded plastic gear loops. I feel they don't fit quite as much gear on them as I would like. All in all though, a nice, inexpensive, functional harness.
