Materials: Leather
Use: Hunting boot, canoeing, hiking etc.
Break-in Period: none
Weight: about 2.5 lbs avg size 9
Price Paid: $135 uninsulated, $140 insulated
I've worn these boots for two seasons mainly on canoe trips in Canada. They are the best boots for wilderness canoeing. Super light weight and 100% waterproof.
I've worn the uninsulated model in 90 F. temperatures without overheating and hiked for hours in 6 in deep snow without getting cold. For colder temps I wear a light hiking sock and a standard cotton sport sock in the summer. Picked them up at www.cabelas.com
