I finally got fed up and got rid of it! I bought the pack when I first got into backpacking and it was OK for two weekend hikes. However, after the second trip, I noticed a seam in the hip belt had blown out. I sent it back to the manufacturer, and they replaced it with a new model. The stitching on the new one was quite sloppy. One of the lash tabs came off almost immediately. On my first trip with it, one of the load lifter straps pulled completely off the pack under a load weight of less than 30 lbs. I finally got rid of the thing. I will never buy a Camp Trails pack again. You would be wise not to either.
