This is an excellent jacket.
-3-ply Gore-Tex
-not quite 3/4 length but still keeps out wind w/ 2 drawstrings
-pretty good hood, seals nice around head and moves well
-nice fleece collar all the way around
-light & packable good even for a rain shell
-its hood rolls up into the collar where it's out of sight and out of wind
- softer feel for a lighter 3-ply jacket
