I got this mummy liner as a gift but I really like it. It claims to add almost 10 degrees to a sleeping bag but I have yet to test that way.
What I have found is that I don't feel sweaty wet when I am using this in a 20 degree bag in 65 degree temps. Makes the bag much more comfortable and if it adds even 5 degrees I will be one happy camper!
