This tent is bulletproof! I have been in several frog strangling rains with this tent and it has never leaked a drop. This is my third year with this tent. I own four other tents and this is the one I usually take with me. It is a snap to put up and take down. Ventilation is adequate and takes the wind well. If something happened to this tent, I would be ordering another one as soon as I got back to my computer. It is worth every penny--get one!
