A very comfortable boot with plenty of ankle padding.

A very comfortable boot with plenty of ankle padding. I have never got a blister as a result of wearing these boots. However, their stiffness seems to wear off over time. They are not waterproof so a waterproof liner sock is required in wetter weather.
