The Coleman Villa Del Mar Hex - 13 x 11 Dome Tent - Sleeps 7 is Truly the BEST TENT EVER! I just purchased it and used it here in the Chicago area when we had record rainfall... almost 9 inches in 2 days... it had about 1/4 cup of water scattered in drops on the floor... Way cool! I did seam seal it with Coleman Seam Sealer. Highly Recommended! I hate to put it away for the winter.
It has open windows that don't zip up, but that is protected under the fly. If you use this in cooler weather, best to have a heater.
It's big enough for our family of 4, but I got greedy for space and gave this to the kids and bought us our own Coleman Red Canyon 8 Person, 17x10 3 Rooms Tent- which had the same awesome result!
