I have this pack for school about two months now. In my honest opinion, this pack is overated for what it offers. The construction is excellent, especially framesheet, but not quite sure about hipbelt design and material used in pads. Pads are not as good as Osprey Vertigo or Kestrel I own. The hipbelt function not as good as the Ospreys. The only thing I would say better or equivalent in Shadow Peak than the two Osprey are the frame and framesheet.
