These socks are quality through and through. Made to last in Vermont.

Next to coats/jackets, I consider myself a connoisseur of socks. Owning about every well known brand in all shapes and sizes, these are by far my go-to.
The fit of these socks combined with the merino wool has never let me down, regardless of the miles on the trail. The quality is evident before you put them on. They feel "tight" and "solid" and well constructed. They don't give, and stay true to your feet regardless of the conditions you expose them to.
Darn Tough offers socks for everyone with every outdoor enthusiast in mind at a very reasonable price. Add that to excellent reviews from people who use and abuse them and the fact they are made here in the USA, you can't get any better.
