Bought these on sale at REI in January 09 and used…

Rating: rated 5 of 5 stars
Price Paid: $110

Bought these on sale at REI in January 09 and used them up on Sandia Peak above Albuquerque. We hiked from the towers across to the tram drop off/restaurant.

I've never used snow shoes but these were very easy to get on and off...I particularly like the "quick sinch binding" it was literally a 'no brainer' and held fast once tightened down.

The unconventional shape seemed to work exceptionally well while moving through the snow...I didn't feel like I was walking like a penguin to move efficiently across the surface. Seem to be great shoes...highly recommended.
