rated 5 of 5 stars This anorak is made of 100% cotton lightweight canvas fabric, which is NOT meant to be waterproof but is windproof and breaths very well, much better than Gortex and even better than uncoated nylon. It is perfect for cold winter weather, especially in very windy conditions. I used this on a winter hot tent snowshoe camping trip, as well as several day trips skiing and snowshoeing in winter. True North Boots

rated 5 of 5 stars My True North boots are incredible! First they are super comfortable as I have difficult to fit feet. Second, they keep my feet warm, but not too hot. Third, they hold up... and keep on holding. I have a friend who has gone through 3 pairs of Sorels in the time that I have had more True Norths. I live very remotely on a mountain about 3 hours NE of Spokane Washington. I have livestock and outdoor animals and spend hours outside every day doing chores. rated 5 of 5 stars Last spring I ordered a very nice canvas Arctic Anorak from Kevin at ECW and was blown away by the quality and practical design not to mention its hard core winter good looks. In fact I was so happy with it I decided to gradually replace any outdoor gear I could with Kevin’s version of it using his high tech designs with traditional materials.
