Ergo pull waist belt lets you optimally tighten according to the load. Mesh padding zoned for protection on the lumbar joints, the hips and around the water bottles. Two water bottle holders with elastic hold-downs let you carry various size water bottles. Zipped rear compartment holds keys, wallet, energy bars and a small camera or cell phone.
