"This is a good and dependable tent. After purchasing it, I set it up in the backyard and seam sealed it. I've weathered many terrible storms in this, and not once have I gotten wet inside.

Since I do live in the Southeast US, I have issues with condensation, but I don't really consider this a con because this is a single-walled tent, so I assumed it'd be an issue before purchasing it."
