Price Paid: 25£

I purchased my rucksack in Kesick Lake Districk September 08, never used it until August this year on return to Lakes. Packed my pale blue see spray jacket in it and packed lunch and set off for days hike, only to find when the first shower came my jacket was covered in a red, orange residue and on closer inspection found that the inside off my rucksack which had never been used was where it had come from.

My jacket ended up in the bin it never cleaned and if I now wish to use my rucksack I have to put every thing in a carrier bag so I guess it will end up in bin to.

If I could get Eurohike address I could send it to them and try to resolve this matter. Any one else had this problem?
