The molded TRAX XF-3 outsole was engineered to have variable thickness gradients of the sole to conform to the foot and provide perfect anatomical support and stiffness and sensitivity where needed. The molded sole is thinner in the arch section for better arch fit and ridged and thicker in the heel section for mild cushioning and the semi-stiff half-length midsole underneath enhances edging power."
