"I used this in Iraq, where we often needed a ten digit grid location for a variety of reasons. This unit will most often find satellites within an acceptable period of time. But the compass needle does not turn as you do unless you are actively moving, which I did not like. In retrospect, I'd have bought a different model from the same company."
