Nicely done, very comfortable, multi-purpose day pack.

Rating: rated 4 of 5 stars
Source: bought it new
Price Paid: about $50

Summary

Nicely done, very comfortable, multi-purpose day pack.

Pros

  • quality materials
  • good construction

Cons

  • single exterior water bottle pocket

This daypack is designed to carry a smallish laptop (has a pocket and laptop hanger clips to keep the laptop off the pack's bottom), has a padded back panel and very comfortable shoulder straps. Carries well when loaded.

Panel loading design accommodates "bookish" shaped loads nearest the padded back and bulkier loads in the panel further away. This has some minor disadvantages when used in the field. Materials are top notch.

As with any panel loader zippers secure the load and so far so good — no zipper problems so far.
