This backpack was a dream. All of my gear fit perfectly in it or on the outside. I've only taken it on a 3-day trek up to Mt. Mitchel in NC. I didn't even begin to stuff the bag with all my gear and had plenty of room. It fit my body type perfectly (I'm 5'3") and I couldn't even feel it on my back. The only thing that was annoying was all the straps on it, but with a good pair of scissors you can remove the ones you don't need. If you're not sure what you want to get rid of or not, take it out on a decent trip and you'll learn really fast! Overall, I loved the backpack!
