High quality running shorts at an affordable price. Durable and attractive, high visibility tangerine color to be seen in poor lighting conditions. Compare favorably to the bigger name brands that charge considerably more.

Pros

  • High visibility Tangerine color.
  • Ultralight fabric that is strong and durable.
  • Precise construction and stitching.

Cons

  • Not applicable

Bought at TJMaxx for $12.99. I was looking thru the racks for the usual brands, Nike, Adidas, Avia, New Balance, Asics and so on. These jumped out because of the high visibility Tangerine color. I run in Miami, so running on the sidewalk even is dangerous. I figured I'd give them a try and haven't been disappointed in them as they were a few dollars less than other name brands.

These are every bit as good and perhaps even better than a lot of higher priced running shorts. Can't find anything on the internet for information. These shorts seem like they're in that game to really offer an apparel line to go with their running shoes.

Fit & Comfort: I got the right size for me, 5 stars.

Adjustability: Drawstring is functional, doesn't seem exceptional yet not deficient, 3 stars.

Water Resistance, Breathability & Moisture: This is an ultralight fabric, 5 stars.

Warmth: Not Applicable, Miami, FL.

Layering: This is a top garment, could be worn over compression shorts. Another 5 star rating.

Function, Abrasion, Ease of Use, Features, Construction& Durability: Shorts have a back zippered pocket for id card, money & a key, outside of that, you'll need something else to keep your personals. Just looking at the stitching, these are going to hold up, the hems are precise and tight.

Conditions: These can be used at the track or city running, they are a Race Day style short. I don't race, but run for fitness.

I recommend hand washing them and drip dry and they should last a long time. Otherwise wash them in a machine as delicate.
