These are the pants I've been looking for. They have a softshell exterior and a wool lining. Zippers are YKK and virtually sealed (not watertight though). Good reinforcement in the knees and seat. They stretch well and make good articulation and movement.

If the end of the world comes, i hope i'm wearing these pants.
